Somethin’ Good is Always Cookin’: Easy Cranberry Coffee Cake

Layer on the bottom of a pie plate:
2 cups fresh cranberries
½ cup pecans
½ cup sugar

Cream and pour over cranberry base:
1 cup margarine
(or combo of butter with margarine)
1 cup sugar

Then add:
2 eggs
1 cup flour

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Good warm, but great cold the next day.
